Language school franchise in France?

OK, so the deal is that I've just recently lost my job as a corporate accountant and wanted to have a go at self-employment for a change. However, as people keep spreading fairy tales regarding the outrageous difficulty of setting up an own business in France, I thought I might actually face them with what the professionals have to say. That's why I've prepared a number of questions I hope to get answered here about successful and low cost franchising on the French market.

First of all, could You please let me know if it is as much of a challenge to start up a franchise as it is to get a regular business going in France?

Isn't the bureaucracy more or less the same for franchisees?

Then, are there any opprtunities for federal funding for a franchise of a Polish company?

Or are there any particular regions worth investing in?

Then there's the question of the market itself - are there any ratings or ways to tell if it's going to be friendly or not?

Then, to be more specific, how much franshising opportunity do You thing I'd get from running a franchise of http://speak-up.pl/en this school? Has anyone ever heard of Speak Up? Or had any experience with them as an employer?

And last but not least, would You guys have any practical advice for beginners?

I keep googling but all I get is just a bunch of overgeneralised jibberish and I grew kind of tired of it. That's why I'd be more than grateful for Your help guys, post away! :)
