I have just started my business which is Online English Language School . I need a manager who has the experience in online tutoring to direct and supervise the school.This person should meet the following criteria
1) Has many years of experience in online tutoring and administration
2) Meet the new students ( the trial lesson ), specify their level and assign them to the teachers.
3) Have the experience in interviewing and hiring the esl teachers who are interested to work for the school.
4) Have the experience in marketing .
5) Arrange a schedule for both the teachers and the students
