When you wake up everyday, you might be praying for a good day to unfold. Yes, we always have this desire to encounter good and nice people but, sad to say, despite our innate goodness to observe tact and all, we still encounter undesirable ones.

Here are some tips on how to maintain sanity amidst the heat and focus your energy to productive endeavors. Yes, there is no other right option but to remain calm and all than to raise hackles and feel immature like them.

First, be like a deaf turtle. Yes, playing deaf (not dumb) can be a great source of strength. Yes, if the one pestering your life with garbage and all does still breathing and smiling and thinking, etc... you can still elevate your level of confidence by getting away from the scene and associate yourself with good people. get out of the kitchen if you do not want to feel the heat. Look for a cool place and do productive things than wallowing in pain, fear or what.

Second, never give them a reason to have a scoop by letting them snoop on your private life. Yes, they would always on the look out for anything that could use as feeder to their bunch of malicious friends. Whatever info they can get from you must be nipped the bud by just ignoring or changing topic of conversation to dissuade them from making your life like a palatable food for their appetite. Yes, liken to a celebrity, they love to gossip about you and have their friends get a load of your privacy and all. You must have been living a very interesting life compared to their boring ones, right? Lucky you, except the intrigues. Well, the prize of living as object of envy, jealousy, etc.

Third, show your maturity by dealing with them with kindness and showing them proper behaviors when under fire of malicious gossip and all. Yes, teaching them that it is easy to malign others by attacking reputations through gossip mongering, etc. but holding emotions just to avoid untoward events is far difficult thing to do, and only chosen few are capable of doing such.

Fourth, see where they are coming from. Seeing their perspective would change your world. Yes, upon knowing their insecurity and all, you would never spend time thinking of them. You would rather love to focus on your sane activities and get yourself successful later.

Fifth, silence is golden. The more silent you are, the more they think of what is about to happen next. They might be thinking that you are cooking something for them, filing a case might be a great move. Well, sometimes we need to take a stand and let them learn a lesson or two... that doing you harm is not a profitable thing to do but a dangerous one to take.

Last, protect your right. Nobody has the right to torture you mentally by spreading lies about you and all.
Maybe they need this one to really see the truth. Teach them a lesson or two and see the difference it can make to their lives. Some times we need others to help us learn more ourselves and one learning experience is when you are being maligned, for they could not kill you physically--they can just resort to assassinate you--characteristically.

Good character is difficult to build; to destroy it is liken to a wind blowing cottons away. You can never catch it and put back in its former place. If damaged has been done, let them answerable to it through facing the consequences of their acts. As always, observe the right thing. Get a lawyer or be a lawyer yourself by telling them to shape up.
