Just one more thing: I just read the post of Turnoi on this thread. He is correct. You will still get a job without a degree or TEFL in China, but you will only get the "shit jobs" as we call them. Like T said, you may get a job without the degree, maybe even legally, but you run the risk of being exploited and abused and possibly wasting thousands of dollars. It's just not worth it! A final point, it's unlikely anyone will get any job at a Chinese university without a degree these days, BA is the minimum requirement, and TESOL/TEFL certificate.
