I would like to seek for advice on the following vision statements as to which one is better for a start-up who wants to go into e-learning and overseas education business.

1. ..... foresees a world where quality education and technology will inspire and foster personal growth and learning, common good and cultural awareness.

2. To provide a stimulating e-learning environment with a technological orientation, which maximizes individual potential and ensures people of all ability levels are well equipped to meet the challenges of education, work and life.
