Finding a good teaching job in China = Exhausting

My experience thus far has included numerous interviews taking place late at night, only to find out later after the interview that the school is in a not so desirable area, they are dragging their feet on the whole process, or the school itself is rated horribly by other past teachers on multiple websites. I was so excited to come to China and teach that I rushed to get all the required copy of documents, background check, etc., and now I sift through job postings shaking my head in disbelief that the majority of the schools that are interested in me, have horrible reputations. What do you guys advise that I do? I know I could try a different country but I really want to teach in China.
Here's where I am at: I'm 23 years old with a Bachelor's in English, and a Master's in Education in progress. I have over 4 years of private tutoring/teaching experience and almost 2 years of experience working at a college tutoring students and developing curriculum for multiple programs.
My main reasons for wanting to come to china is to save up some money, payoff some student loans, experience Chinese culture, pickup some of the language, and take some real Tai Chi classes lol. I would prefer to be in an area that doesn't get freezing cold.
Any recommendations for some good schools out there?
