I've actually heard bad things about that website despite the blacklist that looks to be pretty much correct. Apparently the 'union' is just a scam intended to entrap 'troublemakers', that complain about schools, or teachers that work in China illegally.

Maybe we can't be sure and somebody needs to test the waters, but certainly don't send them any money for anything or personal information.
