Correct. To have a career you need to be a professional, and so does your employer. Most sectors of ESL are not professional at all!
The OP is on a losing streak with that "Career in ESL" mindset!
Strange how many posters want to play Russian roulette in regard to ESL. Other people got burned, but it won't happen to me!
