TEFL International BA Degree

I have been working on and off teaching English for nearly eight years, completing a TEFL certificate after finishing university with only a DipHE, spending the remainder of my time working seasonal positions in other fields to add more funds to my teaching periods. After visiting numerous countries, mostly Estern Europe, I have settled on the north of Thailand as my chosen destination to reside long term after many extended visits. I would rather do this by the book and was looking at the seemingly too good to be true course run by TEFL International which offers a two year course giving you a TEFL cert, a young learners cert, and finally a BA accredited by a, albeit private, Thai college, based on two months per year intensive training, with the rest of the year spent working and studying online. I am currently studying with the Open University to gain my degree but is a fairly long and expensive process in comparison. I am not worried about my degree not being recognised in countries outside of Asia, but I would like to know if anyone has any experience or thoughts on the course. I have been in contact with TEFL International requesting more details and they tell me they will send me all the data when the course for next year is cleared with the Thai Ministry of Education......any constructive comments would be most appreciated.
