You talk is if a CELTA will solve a foreign teachers problem with no education degree or experience. That is what annoyed me. I don't have a CELTA, like I said, nor an education degree. In no way would I compare myself to a university lecturer in Australia for instance because I taught university in China.

If you don't have a teaching degree and have Western teaching experience then you are not really a teacher, right? I don't care if you have a CELTA or not, that does not mean much. Just don't be a know all, only experience will help you in a foreign teaching environment.
