Copyright issues regarding TOEIC online material (General)

Hi !

I need some information and I hope
somoene can help.

It is concerning teaching TOEFL, TOEIC and
IELTS classes. There are lots of websites where
teaching material are provided. My concern is
about copyright issues. I do not desire to get
into any legal trouble on this matter and there
seems to be a lack of information about this. I
have no idea what I can or cannot use, or do, as
well as how to use the material offered.

Can someone shed some light on the matter please? Is
there a website where special permission can be
had or can any material be used? Can this permission to use be given to teachers
only or to a school also?

Thank you!

BigD
