I have 2 employment contracts, which one should I follow? (General)

Hi,
I have signed a contract in May '10 with my school that included all terms and conditions of my employment. This contract requires me to give 60 days notice.
Once I arrived to my school in September '10 they asked me to sign another contract, a 'government' contract, which was in English and in Chinese. This contract doesn't specify the length of notice I'd need to give.

In my opinion I should follow the last contract, as that was the last one I signed.

As the school is not fully following the conditions of my contract I'm considering of leaving them asap, but I don't want to leave with any 'hard feelings', so my transfer to another school would be as smooth as possible.
As I have 2 contracts, I don't know which one I should follow...???

Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks
