I am looking into getting TESOL certified. Someone warned me that I should know that many countries have age requirements -- you can't be more than 54 years old. Also, I have family in Dubai and am interested in possibly working there. I see at some sites that the UAE "gives preference to males". I'd love to hear from women who have experience in trying to do this work in that part of the world?
