I think your question is whether this is the Trinity DipTESOL? Unfortunately, if you take away the word "Trinity" the rest of that is not copyrightable and so anyone could launch any qualification of any sort called the ABCD DipTESOL. If this qualification says you need no experience or qualifications, it cannot be associated with Trinity. International chains like British Council or International House will only usually accept the Cambridge DELTA or Trinity TESOL, or at the very least you would have to prove that your other Dip was equivalent in terms of entry requirements, hours of study, number of hours observed, necessary reading for the course etc.
