Fellow Esl teachers in China theater:
Since 2004, I found in Xi'an an astonishing fact, that has been some teachers don't write English alphabets the same regular ways as the western teachers do. We teachers in Canada, Britain and the U.S. usually teach students write Printing, capitals and smalls and Cursive capitals and small; but some teachers in China wrote Capital G looked like A in cursive small, (sorry I couldn't find an equivalent fonts to denote the mistaken ones). And most of all, they don't teach the cursive Capitals, and some irregular way in F and P.
Have anyone of you brought in this country and taught them to write like that? If not, please check one of the Junior Hight first year English book and check.
The following are some of letters I wrote to the publisher and their answers.

1. 在 Starter.Unit 1. Good morning!

Dear Mr. Wu,
The book mentioned in your email is adapted from Thomson Learning’s English series: Go for it! But the starter units were written by Chinese authors. The fonts in the starter units may be confusing for some of the teachers. We appreciate your feedback very much. I’m copying this email to the editors at People’s Education Press and the editor at Thomson Learning Asia. I think they will consider your comments and make revision for next year printing. Thanks again for your contribution.
Editors: Could you get back to Mr. Wu? Tks.
Best regards,
Caroline
