SCAM (General)
By/Re:Asian EFL Journal TESOL Certificate, Time Taylor International <rabbitspade@gmail.com>
13 July 2009

I'd like to warn everyone about Time Taylor International and the Asian EFL Journal.
These are sham organisations only out to take your money, and leave you with nothing.
Don't be fooled by the friendly advice provided on their website warning of scams. They are the scammers.

Last year I paid US$259 to enrol in a course for the Asian EFL Journal TESOL Certificate.
I was in occasional contact with the CEO "Dr." Paul Robertson up until I completed the certificate.
Then he completely cut off communication with me, with no alternate email or phone number to reach him.
That was 6 weeks ago, and despite my efforts, I haven't received any certificate nor any further contact since.

I'm bitterly disappointed about the money I've lost but much more so the effort I put into completing this certificate.
I know this company is running upcoming conferences in the Philippines, Turkey and India.
So, I'd urge everyone to avoid their online certificate and conferences to avoid sharing my resentment.
