Is CELTA certification more prestigious than TEFL or TESOL certificates? This is for ESL? (CELTA vs TESOL)

I have been looking around and it seems like this is the case. Do online courses for either CELTA or TEFL look less prestigious than if you went to the institution and got it? I want to go to Europe and teach.
