Thank you for your response.
I do have another question for you. If you say that you require teaching experience and extensive grammar knowledge, why does the CELTA course book state it is for people with little or no previous teaching experience? Which, by the way is awarded by cambridge ESOL, part of the University of Cambridge?
Have you actually done the CELTA course or do you work as a CELTA Trainer, as I find your advice very interesting.
Can you advise me on where you have heard that CELTA is only for trained teachers with extensive knowledge of grammer. Is it from personal experience?
