Looking for TEFL certification in Canada to teach as a non-native speaking person in Berlin Germany.

Question: Does anyone know how to weed through the millions of TEFL Certification offers out there? How do you know if the certification is widely accepted? Is there an employer bias towards completion of in class certifications vs. 100% on line certifications?
