I'm Korean with a good level of english and a degree.

If I where also to complete a TESOL/CELTA certificate are schools in non-English speaking countries, such as in Europe or South America, likely to employ me even though I'm not a native speaker.

I realise it all depends on my level of English and other factors but I want to know if schools may not even consider me due to me being a non-native speaker.
