Look at quality online course providers like ICAL for your TESL training.

It’s a bit difficult to answer your question without knowing much about you and what you could offer a potential employer. A lot of schools want their teachers to have a degree, possibly a TESL Certificate and only hire native speakers however non native English speakers can get hired as assistant teachers, especially in English courses for young children.
