I hope that someone can please help me. I will like to have someone's opinion regarding a TESOL/TEFL school called the International Teachers Training Organization or ITTO. They are offering a great (or it seems to look like it) TEFL online course for $249. This seems to good to be true since other schools are charging a lot more. For example, TEFL Institute are charging about $1390 or something like that for an online course. Their course does offer a lot more hours than ITTO and offers additional separate learning modules (that cost extra of course). I like the fact that TEFL Institute offers the ability to take additional courses, or modules as they call it, online. However, the cost is a ridiculous 6x or more when compared to ITTO's cost.

I have been trying to look for a site that rates the different online schools teaching TEFL over the internet. My greatest fear it paying for an online school and getting ripped off! There are so many horror stories out there. Right now I am leaning towards ITTO but I would like to have an informed opinion by other people that know more about TEFL/TESOL schools than I do. I know very little about them. There are so many claiming to be the best and most reputable. Does anyone have any opinions?
