In Response To: Teaching English as a non-native speaker (Native_Speakers, CELTA, Spain) (Leo)
I have just been accepted on the CELTA course at Clic in Seville. During the interview the lady interviewing me told me that they had recently accepted an Italian onto the course. It seems that as long as you speak English to a high standard and you are able to understand the grammatical methods and teach them, then it wouldn't be a problem.
At the end of the day however, it costs nothing to give it a go!! They can only say no! Good luck.
