What are the differences beteween TEFL, TEAL, TESL, ELT and TESOL? (General)

Is the following correct?
TEFL taught in a non-English speaking country
TESL taught in an English speaking country
TEAL taught in an English speaking country
ELT = TEFL + TESL/TEAL (i.e. taught in English speaking AND non-English speaking countries)
TESOL = TEFL + TESL/TEAL (i.e. taught in English speaking AND non-English speaking countries)
Please help - I am confused because different websites say different things!!
