Biola University in Southern California has an outstanding ESL program with an explicitly Christian focus. Their faculty have played a very strong role in recent CATESOL (California Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) conferences.
Although I fall into the secular Jewish teacher category, their faculty members gave outstanding presentations filled with practical, effective tips for teaching English.
