Grants for Teacher Traning? (General,CELTA)

I am trying to re-enter the workforce in the area of ESL/EFL instruction. I would like to take the CELTA training (probably in a Spanish speaking country) to brush up on my skills and to assist in finding work abroad or in the States. Does anyone know of any Maryland or national grants available to help me in this endeavor?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
