TESOL, TEFL and CELTA forum

When choosing a course to do there are a few things to be aware of. You will want to choose a course that is internationally-recognized. This means that it meets the standards which schools are looking for when hiring ESL/EFL teachers all around the world. Another thing to look for is if the course if offered online or on site. You will want to choose a course a that is on site and offers observed teaching practice with feedback. With an online course, you cannot get this. Also, the online courses are not internationally recognized and therefore do not meet standards schools want.
Check out www.boland-china.com. This is a great school going above and beyond the standards and 100% job placement. See for yourself. Good luck to you!
