TESOL defines in the simple language as Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages that the meaning in Khmer explains as "The Methodology of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages." According to its meaning and explanation; TESOL is the very important assistant for professional and those who desired to become an English Teacher in self capacity building and expanding the talent of teaching the successful achievement.

At the present while English has become the communication language of the world (The World's Lingua Franca) the teaching of English has become the leading career in education sector. At the same time we have found very critical increasing of learners and teachers of English in the world, especially in the developing countries like Cambodia.

The officer in charge of non formal education department of Ministry of Education Youth and Sports in Phnom Penh stated that currently in Phnom Penh alone we have seen 300 institutions that offer education of English language with more than 2000 teachers including the Native English Speaker an Non Native English Speaker. Among those institutions, there are only a few that trusted by students' parents and learners in case like English Language Training Institute - ELT that has three big branches in Phnom Penh.

According to the statistic of growing learners and teachers of English language in General English Course and English for Specific Purposes from Kindergarten until Advanced Diploma; we can conclude that no smoke industry in English Education sector has been expanding massively among other sectors and to open the door to job opportunities widely in the country. The four successful factors of study program is Quality Curriculum, Quality Human Resources, Quality Physical Plants, and Quality Service.

Among the four qualities, quality human resources is the priority in education and training to offer quality and ability to students to be effective because human resources is like the educator; the person who cooks curriculum is like the raw materials, quality physical and service is like the reserved foods. If the cook doesn't know how to recycle the raw materials and put the right recipes; the food would not tasty enough. So the cook must know how to cook with the right recipes in order to make the food with tasty flavor.

However, teacher with skills and talent must know how to prepare the teaching, the way to deliver the teaching become an art that attracts the learners and students and cause the student to learn in the class as well as at home.
