Can anyone recommend a good TEFL/TESOL training course that is running or has ties with someone in the Philippines?

I'll be coming back home and I do know that there should be something in Manila, I was wondering if anyone here knows of a school in the Visayas or Mindanao. Cebu or Davao prolly, pollution in Manila is unbearable at times.
There may be some schools in Subic but I dunno, I plan on teaching somewhere south near Home.

Anyone?
