I am teaching English in a rural area in Indonesia. My main problem is my less-motivated students. They don't use th English in their daily life, so they learn English for academic score only. If they get enough scores for their semsester report, it's all. For students who want to continue their study to colleges, it's no problem with them. They love and eager to master English well. Thus, in my teaching, of course I have to apply an interesting teaching so that my students interest in learning English. This is a great job, isn't it? In one side I have to teach English lessons, in another side I have to motivate them a lot.
