UK national seeking work in Canada (Jobs)

Hi
I am a fully qualified ESOL tutor from the UK wanting to move to Canada. What are the chances of getting a job there? Can I apply for a job from the UK or would I need to be in the country to apply?
I really want to make this move with my husband. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
