I took the CELTA in Bogota, Colombia this past summer. It was such a great experience, that I wanted to give a little bit back. International House was easily the most fun and most affordable experience I could have asked for. I considered a course in the US, but in the end, it cost me less to fly, stay, eat and attend there, then it would have cost for the course alone in the states.
