Hello, I have a TESOL from an accredited school and have taught at the college level, as well as privately in the United States. I am planning to teach abroad, primarily in Asia. Do I need to obtain a CELTA or can I get good jobs and good pay with the certification I already have? Also, can anyone suggest forums geared toward teaching in Asian, especially Japan? Thank you.
