I took a break from teaching English to adults. Now I am back and am encountering new challenges which I didn't encounter before.
Some of my adults, do not know how to read in English. They are C1 level in oral English but A2/B1 in vocabulary, reading and phonics skills.
They cannot read certain words.
What would be your advice how to help them?
What books would be helpful (American English)
Where can I start from? Phonics? Any online good program for this? Anything for free?
Any online training?
Any advice and tips would come in handy.
