I'm sorry that you've had so many problems, for my experience with the Brewster TESOL program has been quite different. I haven't had any problem reaching of Mr. Woodford so far and his comments and corrections have been prompt and helpful.
He is also very pleasant and has quite a sense of humour. I suspect your comments about his presidential intervention quip reflect more about your lack of humour than Mr. Woodford's ethics. I think that it was a JOKE he was making and you just didn't get it, I'm afraid.
As to the quality of the online class, of course, like any class I find that I get out of it what I put into it, however I thought your observation was pretty unreasonable in that the first two modules are available as “free classesâ€
