You could be correct; however, the person that I obtained the general information about definitely was not a scammer. It was a friend of the family who did the program a few years ago. The problem was, I haven't been able to get in touch with her sense because she went back to China and I am having to go through her parents to try to get more detailed information from her because I couldn't find the exact website.
It could possibly be a scam but the likelihood seems pretty slim.
