This is a reply for Cunning Linguist. Just wanted to say that i finished the three month CELTA course this week. I got a 'pass'. Is a 'pass' any good? Cracked on with the grammar, and used the books that you suggested. Still not entirely happy with grammar but still teaching myself. Grammar seems to be easier for overseas students because they learn grammar as they learn English. I have always thought of English grammar as quite intuitive. I just know how to speak English and write in English correctly. I have never really had any grammar lessons when i was at school. Thank you for your support when i was on the course.

Does anyone know how you manage to get your first UK teaching job when you have no experience. I have applied for 11 summer jobs and they just come back 'sorry positions have been filled'. Is that because i am 'entry level' without experience?
