Silverboy makes some fair points. These reasons are why I am considering China again...no interest in Japan or Korea, even with a free flight there, very xenophobic places where you are likely to be abused and cheated all the time.

The eurozone isn't going well. Spain has 20 percent unemployment, lots of people out of work, or working in cash in hand type of jobs.

Prices are high, as is the general living cost.

A free apartment and 5000 rmb a month for low hours in China seems like heaven to me at the moment...
