I am from North East England and have lived in Australia Queensland for 12 years now. I have a degree in Applied Social Sciences in Counselling and Critical Incident and mediation qualifications. I have done over 5000 hours of face to face counselling with children, teenagers adults in relationships families depression anxiety grief stress management suicide prevention. I am not a teacher however I have worked with groups, and debriefings and conducted workshops for government departments. Im very tuned into the needs of children and families. also I have traveled widely around the world.

by the way I am 55 years of age, very young minded and active and flexible!

my question is this:-

1. Are my qualifications enough to get me a job as a english teacher

2. which Asian country is 'good' to work in.

3. is my age a problem

4. I fancy either Thailand , vietnam or china?...(was offered an interview today with a school in luoyang)
Im recently out of a long term relationship, children all grown up.
