General Studies degree problem? (Mid East/Saudi Arabia)

I got a General Studies degree years ago, but I was actually an English major up until the very end when I changed. So, I only lacked a class or 2 of credits for an English major.
Looking at all the ads for jobs lately, everyone, especially in the Mid East (I want to go to Saudi Arabia, I think), asks for English, Linguistics, or Education degrees. Am I going to have a problem?
