Dave's has really lost the plot in my opinion. The only people who can post there are those who advertise there, regardless of what they say. Anyone who dares to go against the party line is immediately shouted down and for that reason many, many people have drifted away from the site.

Plus it looks like it was designed in the 1980s and hasn't been changed since!

No, at the moment there is no single site which has taken over from Dave's. Instead it's become more fragmented which is not particularly useful in the industry.
