If I can weigh-in on all this stuff for a sec. I've been living in China forever now and I can tell you that CELTA etc. etc. doesn't really matter, you just need SOME TEFL certificate. That said, I'd tell you that you want one that's cheap and that you can do from home (in my opinion).

There are a lot of these sites out there so I can help save you some trouble by just saying that www.teflexpress.co.uk is an awesome one, cheap, easy, and often has good deals on.

Once you get that shiny certificate TEFL Express can 1) give you a job or an internship or 2) the certificate can help you get your foot in the door for a load of other stuff.
