i only know one school that offers it. but it is based on cebu. i think it would be too much of a hassle to go there so i'm still looking for other schools...

the other alternative to get a cert. is to go distance learning...but it's a bit pricey.
if you happen to find any schools or centers that offers the program or certificate can you mail it to me?
