TESOL, TEFL and CELTA forum
Korea
Hello all, I took the CELTA course in Phuket, Thailand 6 months ago before I came to Korea to teach. I very much enjoyed the CELTA course and recieved a Pass B in it. Since I have been in Korea, I feel like my teaching is getting worse and that I am forgetting many of the skills I learned on the course. The Korean public school English system is a joke at best. You basically drill and play powerpoint games. I was wondering if there are any good books I can read to refresh my memory? I rememeber one by scrivener I believe? Any recommendations would be helpful.
-Thanks.
