Break Into English, an online Skype English class academy is looking for a native English speaker to help manage the business.

Starting pay: 1250€ per month + Bonus (proportional to business growth, possibility of substantially increasing and eventually multiplying the salary).

40 hours/week to be worked from home or wherever you have an excellent internet connection. The business is all online. You can be anywhere in the world and do the job.

Candidates must be highly motivated and be able to take initiatives. We value new ideas and want people who bring new ideas to the table.

Being a young and up and coming start-up, we are looking for people who will eventually take on leadership roles as the company grows.

The job is multi-task.

Responsibilities:

- answer email correspondence from students & teachers and coordinate lessons
- write content for our website: 500+ word articles, additional content for existing pages, designing online tests
- social media posting: tips, expressions, phrasal verbs, etc.
- monthly accounting: keeping track of each student's classes left
- designing and sending emailing campaigns with Mail Chimp
- making and posting videos
- coordinate and teach trial lessons for new students

Requirements:

- native English speaker
- dynamic, efficient and creative
- Internet savvy: knowing how to use a multitude of online tools and learning new ones to help grow the business
- excellent internet connection
