First a native English speaker makes a lot of mistakes with grammar because he or she is often poor at it. The native English speaker often has no training in the complex speech and language components of the English language and will have no teacher training.

What difference does it make? It makes a lot of difference hiring an expert English language teacher. You will have better prospects, including better grades and a better job.
