Dear All,
Since 1997 I have been a professional teacher of English as a foreign language and a translator/interpreter. I hold three MAs: in English Philology, Political Studies (Marketing and Advertising), and Foreign Language Glottodidactics. I have also done post graduate studies in Management and many courses, e.g. Business English (LCCI), Public Relations (Stonebridge Associated Colleges) and others.
My experience includes teaching at public (primary, secondary and tertiary schools) and private language schools (Educo, English First, Profesor). I have taught English to primary and secondary school students but also to students at a Teacher Training College of English (8 years), where I had reading, listening, writing and speaking classes, and where I gave lectures on the History of English, Linguistics, English Teaching Methodology and UK Culture. I have also worked as a teacher consultant for the Mazovian In-Service Teacher Training Center, where I ran trainings for foreign language teachers, organized conferences and seminars for them.
For a couple of years I have been writing a blog http://englishdirect-rafal.blogspot.com/ I am interested in playing the accordion, teaching English, neurodidactics, riding a bike, travel and many other things.
I have also successfully run my own business 'English Direct' since 2007, where I run language courses for groups and individuals. My learners include local businesses, teachers, teenagers and individual adults who I teach either online or F2F.
I am very interested in teaching English online to teenagers and adults in China, Japan, Saudi Arabia and other countries. My offer includes courses at all levels including Business English and exam preparatory courses. The hourly rates I offer are highly competitive. I teach via Google Hangout or Skype.
I look forward to receiving messages from language schools and individuals.
