Learnlight (https://www.learnlight.com/en/) was founded in 2007 with a dream to bridge the gap between the disparate worlds of education and technology. Our vision was to create an ‘EdTech’ company that harnessed cutting-edge technology to optimize instructor-led training (ILT) rather than replace it, as so many traditional eLearning providers have tried and failed to do.

Our obsession was, and continues to be, empowering talented trainers to create transformative learning experiences, because, at the end of the day, we think people are the real ‘killer app’.

Since our early years as a digital start-up, we’ve worked with hundreds of clients around the globe; launched more than 10 major versions of our platform; merged with Training Express, a pioneer of blended language learning; built a team of more than 200 incredible people; and most recently acquired Communicaid, one of the world’s leading experts in specialized language, intercultural and communication skills training.

We are presently seeking experienced teaching professionals to participate in our diverse language training programs for the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Japanese.

Job Summary

What is a Learnlight online language teacher?

A Learnlight trainer is more than just an online teacher. They are also a motivator and personal mentor who guides students through their virtual learning experience. They are a highly valued member of an ever-growing team of people who are proud of what they do and are excited about innovative methods for distance learning.

Responsibilities of a Learnlight online language trainer include:

-Delivering dynamic, effective and engaging sessions to students from around the world
-Designing a personalised program for students to suit their specific needs
-Providing valuable, written feedback to students after each session
-Monitoring students’ progress via the Learnlight Platform and guiding students towards their learning goals
-Communicating in an efficient, effective and professional manner with internal teams

Requirements:
- Native or proficient speaker of the language to be taught
- Advanced level of English
- Minimum of two years’ experience teaching a foreign language
- Foreign language teaching certificate

Preferred Skills:
- Business experience
- Advanced level in a second language
