ESL RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
What you’ll be doing:
• Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks
• Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators
• Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
• Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
• Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
• Report their tasks on a daily basis
• Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of ESL teaching experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Internet navigation
• Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
• Proactive and works with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
