My Connecting Languages is currently looking for talented, passionate and highly motivated ESL (independent) Trainers to work from home.

Job description
ESL Trainers work with professionals whose first language is not English. They work in a range of areas to help learners develop linguistic and cultural competence to participate fully in business negotiations, work and cultural environments.

Typical work activities
Teachers or tutors deliver phone lessons and virtual classes to professionals through the telephone and online training softwares like Webex / Adobe Connect.

Typical activities include:
- planning, preparing and delivering lessons to individuals;
- carrying out assessments of students' needs;
- assessing students' progress;
- attending team meetings on a weekly basis (over Skype)
- attending and contributing to training sessions

Required skills:
- English (mother tongue or bilingual)
- University degree or any of the following / TESL / CELTA / IELTS / TOEFL certification
- Good computer skills and abilities to use search engines efficiently
- Be innovative, creative and able to take initiatives.
